Former Baltimore Orioles Rumors first baseman, David Segui,  admitted to using and purchasing steroids from now convicted Mets clubhouse attendant Kirk Radomski. Segui, however, was not willing to cooperate with the Mitchell investigation, according to ESPN, saying

"I have nothing to hide. I have no problem talking about what I have done," said Segui, who spent eight of his 15 major league seasons with the Baltimore Orioles Rumors . "But I never want any other players to think I was out there talking about their business. Because I do know a lot, but people have told me things in confidence and I don't want to be spreading that."

While I applaud the man for coming clean about his own past, this sounds like an attempt to get a book deal from someone or get just a bit more attention for himself than he normally would have. Plus, I'm sick of the players hiding behind the wall of secrecy. Obviously steroid use was more prevalent than most of the general public believes, otherwise why would clean players continue to allow dirty ones to besmirch their entire profession? Personally I'd let's assume they're all guilty and sort it out from there.
